ในวันที่ 1 ตุลาคมนี้ ตามที่กรมธุรกิจพลังงานและกระทรวงพลังงานได้ประกาสออกมาและดำเนินการอย่างต่อเนื่องมาจากปลายปี 2562 นั้น ถึงตอนนี้ความเปลี่ยนแปลงที่เกิดขึ้นเกี่ยวกับน้ำมันดีเซลมาตรฐานได้เกิดขึ้นแล้ว

หลังจากรณรงค์และผลักดันให้กลายมาเป็นน้ำมันดีเซลพื้นฐานกันมาตั้งแต่เดือนตุลาคม 2019 ในที่สุด ก็ถึงเวลาที่น้ำมันดีเซล B10 จะเข้ามาเป็นน้ำมันหลักในตลาดดีเซลเพื่อทดแทน B7 ผู้จากไป และในวันที่ 1 ตุลาคมนี้คำว่า ‘B10’ จะถูกแทนที่ด้วยคำว่า ‘ดีเซล’
